LED screen is now an indispensable part of performance activities, and LED screens can be seen in activities of all sizes, so what problems should we pay attention to when renting LED screens?

1. Selection instructions 

There are many models of LED screens, such as P2.5, P3, P4, P5, etc., and the usage of various models is also different. 

For example, P2.5 and P3 are more suitable for small-scale indoor activities, because the pixel spacing of these two models of LEDs is relatively close, which is what we usually call high pixels and clearer. This type of screen can meet the distance viewing needs of the corresponding model, for example, P2.5 is suitable for viewing at a distance of 2.5m away, and P3 LED screen is suitable for viewing at a distance of 3m away. In the same way, the LED screens of P4 and P5 can meet the distance viewing of 4m away, and the other can meet the distance viewing of 5m away. 

This attribute determines that when we choose the LED screen model, we only need to choose the corresponding definition of the LED screen according to our own viewing distance requirements and clarity requirements. By the way, the more pixels and the higher the clarity, the better the viewing will definitely be.

2. Instructions for venue selection

For example, if we choose an outdoor venue, then we need to rent a waterproof LED screen, and the outdoor illumination is relatively strong, we also need to choose a high-brightness LED screen, so as to meet our needs for outdoor use. 

For some venues that need a canopy or a variety of effect color screens, we need to choose a variety of LED screens with different effects according to the actual situation of the site.

3. Backup Instructions 

In the process of commissioning, the LED screen must be backed up, many small rental suppliers, in order to save time and energy, as long as the LED screen is lit and brushed, they will directly start to activities, our experience seems that this is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible approach. 

Our industry guidelines require that rental LED screens must be backed up, and we can react immediately and enable backup equipment in case of emergencies, so that we can avoid many mistakes.
