LED display installation mode introduction

The LED display according to the different areas of application, is divided into a variety of installation methods, there are fixed installation, rental hanging, and stadium fence installation.

LED display according to the user's use of different environments, is divided into a variety of installation methods, there are wall-mounted, cantilevered, inlaid, column, standing, roof type, mobile, stadium fence type, leasing lifting, arc form and other types of installation methods.

Wall-mounted

(1) This installation is usually used for indoor or semi-outdoor;

(2) The screen display area is small, and generally do not leave maintenance access space, the whole screen is removed for maintenance, or made into a folding one-piece frame;

(3) The screen area is slightly larger, generally using the front maintenance design (i.e., front maintenance design, usually using the column assembly method).

Column mounting

Generally used as outdoor advertising use:

(1) Single-column installation: suitable for small screen applications;

(2）Double-pillar mounting: suitable for large-screen applications;

(3) Closed maintenance channel: applicable to simple box;

(4）Open maintenance channel: applicable to standard box.

Cantilever mounting 

(1) This method is mostly used for indoor as well as semi-outdoor;

(2) Generally used for access, corridor entrances, but also stations, railway stations, subway entrances and so on;

(3）It is used for traffic guidance on highways, railroads, and expressways;

(4) The screen body design generally adopts the design of one cabinet or hanging structure design.

Hanging mounting

This mounting method is similar to the cantilever mounting method, the application is the same, and the screen adopts the integrated cabinet design program, applicable to indoor and semi-outdoor screens.

Mosaic installation 

(1) The whole display body is embedded in the wall, and the display plane is at the same level with the wall;

(2）Adopting simple box design;

(3) Front maintenance (front maintenance design) is generally used;

(4) This installation method, indoor, outdoor are used, but generally used in small point distances and display areas is not large screen;

(5) Generally used in the entrance of the building, building halls, etc..

Standing installation 

(1) Generally adopts one-piece cabinet design, also has disaggregated combination design;

(2) Applicable to indoor small pitch specification screen;

(3) Generally small display area;

Roof-mounting 

(1) Wind resistance is a key for this mounting;

(2) Generally comes with tilt angle mounting, or the module adopts a slant 8° design;

(3) Mostly used for outdoor advertising displays.

Soccer field fencing type installation

(1) Used for advertising display on a circle of fence around the soccer field;

(2) The viewing angle of the screen can be adjusted with the skew adjustment of the support frame;

(3) It is designed with a soft silicone mask and has a soft arc top design to avoid sports collision injuries.

Rental hoisting installation 

(1) The hanging screen should not be made large. General requirements in 6M * 10M or less. Exceptions are special box material and bar screen type;

(2) The lifting mechanism is divided into gear type, conical rod type, and bolt type.

Arc mounting 

The mounting bracket needs to be customized according to the size of the round screen (curved screen).

Truss mobile mounting 

(1) The screen body can be moved in real-time according to actual needs;

(2) The screen body moves according to the display screen and the site conditions for split and close movement;

(3) It adopts a truss rail design;

(4) Generally used in stage background screen body, mostly used in TV stations, concerts, and other sites.
